Kent, Wash. (June 5, 2015) – Accell North America today announced Alan Rowland has been promoted to Senior Director of IBD Sales. Rowland was previously Director of Sales for Lapierre USA and is a 25-year veteran of the bike industry.

“I’m thrilled to be moving into this new role,” said Rowland. “With refinements and improvements of our IBD organization, Accell North America will be able to further support successful partnerships with our independent dealers.”

Rowland will report to Larry Pizzi, recently named Senior Vice President of Accell North America’s IBD Channel.

"As we prepare to enter one of the most exciting new model years in our company history, we wanted to ensure strong, focused and passionate leadership was in place," said Pizzi. "I am very excited to have Alan on our sales leadership team here at Accell and to have the opportunity to work directly with him to build our business and to take it to new heights.”
