Eleven new house-developed drinks and hand-selected wines introduced for the winter months

Kansas City, Mo. (November 19, 2015) – Both Summit Grill and Bar locations introduce a new cocktail menu to kick off the cold weather months. The new menu features a diverse selection of hand-crafted, cozy cocktails. The seasonal list includes eleven new specialty cocktails from original recipes or inspired by timeless classics. The new drinks accompany five returning favorites and an all new variety of hand-selected wines by the glass.

Summit’s new hand-crafted cocktails are developed in-house by Summit’s expert bartenders. Many of the ingredients used in the new drinks are original recipes, including the 5 spice syrup, jalapeno-honey syrup, roasted pecan syrup and the house grenadine.

Summit Grill and Bar recently introduced ten, all new white wines by the glass and nine, all new red wines by the glass. Summit offers $5.95 wine by the glass and $19.95 select bottles of wine during lunch, Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Summit Bar and Grill is a casual American restaurant opened in Lee’s Summit, Missouri in 2012 and Kansas City, Missouri’s historic Waldo neighborhood in 2014. Both locations are open daily for lunch, dinner and happy hour, as well as Saturday and Sunday brunch. The restaurant’s menus features a range of options from sandwiches, salads and burgers to hand-cut steaks and seafood.
