The team at OneCommand partners up with Cincinnati Bell and the Salvation Army to spread holiday cheer

Cincinnati, OH - OneCommand, (www.onecommand.com) the leading Customer Marketing & Loyalty Automation Platform™, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution, and Social Media and Reputation Management Program for auto dealers, schools, municipalities, churches, charities, and sports organizations, will team up with Cincinnati Bell to deliver personalized phone calls from Santa. In addition, the OneCommand team will partner with the Salvation Army to deliver needed presents to less fortunate families. The holidays are an important time to take a moment to help others and share the spirit of the season, and for the employees at OneCommand, this year is no different.

OneCommand and Cincinnati Bell will partner to deliver holiday calls for the tenth year in a row. Individuals can send a personalized phone call from Santa to their loved ones who have a 513, 937, 859, or 812 area code. Anyone can participate in this complimentary program by visiting http://www.cincinnatibell.com/holiday/. The Santa phone calls can be personalized with the recipient’s name and scheduled for delivery any time before 9 p.m. on December 24th. During the past 10 years, this program has brought the magic of Santa Claus into more than half a million homes throughout the tri-state area.

“It’s hard to believe that it’s been 10 years since we first launched Santa calls with Cincinnati Bell. This special program brings smiles to the faces of children throughout our local community. We are very thankful that Cincinnati Bell thinks of OneCommand and trusts us to deliver on this very important initiative. Anyone living in the tri-state should take advantage of this free program,” states Jeff Hart, President and CEO at OneCommand.

OneCommand will again take part in the Salvation Army’s Adopt-a-Family Program, for the twelfth year in a row. This exceptional program pairs sponsors with less-fortunate families and seniors to ensure they have a wonderful holiday. Using wish lists from the families and seniors, sponsors shop, wrap, and deliver the items back to the Salvation Army Christmas Distribution Center. OneCommand employees from all across the country participate in the season of giving to spread joy and happiness to many families and elderly adults throughout the Cincinnati area.

“The Salvation Army’s Adopt-a-Family Program really gives back to people in need and touches the lives of individuals and families who need it. We are very fortunate to be able to provide to this program every year and look forward to the shopping lists provided. The team at OneCommand truly impresses me with their contributions that make a difference in the lives of the people in our community,” comments Jeff Hart, President and CEO at OneCommand.
