Leading plumbing and air conditioning service provider ranked by employees as top work environment in Dallas.

(DALLAS – November 11, 2015) – Baker Brothers Plumbing & Air, a leading plumbing and air conditioning service provider based in Mesquite, with a location in Fort Worth, has been ranked by The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work 2014 in the Midsized Company category.

Baker Brothers was chosen as a Top Place to Work based on an independently conducted anonymous survey of its employees by Workplace Dynamics, The Dallas Morning News’ research partner.

“We go to great lengths to ensure that each employee has a work environment the promotes success and nurtures their dreams,” said Jimmie Dale, Jr. CEO.

Baker Brothers has a Dream Manager whose role is to work with employees to establish their life and work dream, then assist them in achieving their dreams, many times they thought were unattainable. He provides resources and helps walk them through the process, whether it’s buying a house or new vehicle or saving for a trip. He is also a certified counselor.

Within the past year, Baker Brothers has moved into a new office in Mesquite, increased its training and career opportunities, as well as expanded into a Fort Worth-based dispatch center for the western Metroplex.
