Superb thermal imaging and a powerful Obsidian core at a fraction of the cost of competitor’s thermal binoculars.

South San Francisco, Calif. (January 2016) – ATN, innovators of advanced night vision, thermal imaging and digital Smart HD optics for hunters, outdoor enthusiasts, military and law enforcement, is pleased to introduce the Thermal BinoX, in both 384x288 and 640x480 configurations, at a fraction of the cost of other expensive and clunky thermal binoculars. Well designed, ergonomic and sporting a professional 50mm germanium lens, the Thermal BinoX allows the hunter to detect his prey day or night with the power of thermal imaging.

The Thermal BinoX runs on ATN’s Obsidian “T” Core, an extremely powerful computer that can crunch huge image and video files in the blink of an eye. This powerful processor boasts lightning fast speed and lag-free performance and utilizes a slew of sensors to seamlessly gather information about the environment. The user can record video and take photos directly to the micro SD card or stream them to a mobile device through the built-in Wi-Fi. Once connected to the app via Wi-Fi, the user can open up the Gallery, view the BinoX’s photos and videos and relive the latest adventure with his or her family and friends.

Unlike many traditional optics and binoculars, the Thermal BinoX has a silky smooth zoom feature that helps the user get up close and personal with everything in his or her view. Other unique features include the E-Barometer, Gyroscope and E-Compass. Activating the built-in gyroscope and image stabilization gives you a smooth image that makes it easier than ever to spot game. The E-Compass lets the user know exactly what direction to head in so one can move a little closer and get a better shot at that monster buck or a better view of that mountain vista.
