New Scottsdale Residential Real Estate Brokerage Firm of Top-Producers

Scottsdale, Arizona -- The residential real estate landscape in the Phoenix Valley is in the midst of a seismic shift. Launch, as the brokerage is known, was introduced on Friday evening, January 22, 2016 at an exclusive gathering for its family of brokers at the Arizona Country Club. Brokers were hand selected by agency leadership based on their experience, integrity, real estate business acumen, and creativity.

Two years later, Sotheby’s International Realty offered Vatistas exclusive franchise rights in Arizona; and in 2008, he purchased a 50% interest in Russ Lyon Realty Company, launching Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, at the time, the largest Sotheby’s International Realty branch in the world with nearly 900 agents. At the end of 2012, Vatistas sold his 50% interest in Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty.
