Vibram Named Official 2016 Footwear Partner of Vail Resorts

CONCORD, Mass. (April 5, 2016) — Vibram®, the worldwide leader in high performance soles and producer of Vibram FiveFingers® and other premium rubber products, announces its partnership with Vail Resorts, Inc. as its official footwear partner.

In 2016, Vibram will collaborate with Vail Resorts to offer its guests exclusive access to Vibram-branded products as well as Vibram partner products. Vail Resorts guests and mountain enthusiasts will have opportunities to test the latest styles and technology from some of the best footwear brands in the world.

As part of the agreement, Vibram will offer exclusive programs at Vail Resorts properties and become a key marketing partner at unique promotions and signature events of Vail Resorts including: Snow Daze (Vail), Spring Fever (Breckenridge), Spring Gruv (Park City) and many more. 

An innovative component of this partnership is the collaboration between Vibram Disc Golf and Vail Resorts on the design and construction of a championship disc golf course at Vail Resorts’ Afton Alps ski area in Hastings, Minnesota. Additionally, Vail Resorts will select key affiliate properties to pilot Vibram USA’s forthcoming Sole Factor program in North America and inclusion of Vibram’s finished goods line-up, including FiveFingers, Vibram Furoshiki and Vibram Pet Toys.
