Faruki Ireland Cox Partners with The Junior League of Dayton to Present “Principles of Negotiation” Seminar for Women on June 12th

DAYTON— Erin Rhinehart and Laura Sanom, partners at Faruki Ireland & Cox, will present “Principles of Negotiation – How to Get What You Want” seminar on June 12^th at 7:30 a.m. at Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley, 660 S. Main Street in Dayton. The Junior League of Dayton is sponsoring the event.

The seminar will engage women in all stages of life and careers to help develop and refine negotiation skills critical to succeeding at work and at home. Studies have shown that women are less likely to negotiate than men and are not as effective at negotiating when they do. This seminar seeks to equip women with the necessary skills to negotiate like a pro.

“Negotiation is a valuable tool of which too many women fail to take advantage. Laura and I are thrilled to partner with the Junior League of Dayton to help women in our community redefine what it means to negotiate, refine our negotiation skills and, quite simply, remind ourselves to ask for what we want,” Says Erin Rhinehart, partner at Faruki Ireland & Cox.

The Junior League of Dayton is a nonprofit organization that has a membership of more than 300 women in the Greater Dayton Area. It serves the community through promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
