Bristol Seafood Grill to participate in Dine Downtown summer restaurant week in the Kansas City Power Light District

Diners can enjoy 2-course lunches for $15 and 3-course dinners for $30, Aug. 21-30

KANSAS CITY, MO. (Aug. 10, 2015) – Bristol Seafood Grill’s downtown Kansas City location announces its participation in the Kansas City Power & Light District’s Dine Downtown summer restaurant week with the reveal of its lunch and dinner menus. The 10-day dining event will include a special two-course lunch menu for $15, as well as a select three-course dinner for $30. Diners can choose from exclusive offerings for each course, featuring restaurant best-sellers like Executive Chef Travis Napier’s Pretzel Crusted Trout.

For each lunch and dinner purchased at Bristol, diners will receive a $5 and $10 bounce back gift card respectively, redeemable at Bristol’s downtown location only, any time after Sept. 1. Lunch Menu

First CourseChoice of: 

Strawberry & Pistachio Salad – red onion, roasted pistachios, parmigiana, baby greens, sherry vinaigrette 

Caesar Salad – parmigiana reggiano, croutons, asiago cheese crisp 

New England Clam Chowder

 

Main CourseChoice of: 

Pretzel Crusted Trout – parmesan-herb roasted potatoes, haricot vert, endive, bacon, mustard vinaigrette 

Achiote Fish Tacos – avocado, chipotle crema, flour tortilla, mango, Jicama 

Mini New England Lobster Rolls – butter toasted sweet rolls, chilled lobster salad, watercress, French fries 

4 oz. Petite Filet (add $3) – chimichurri sauce, French fries

  

Dinner Menu

First CourseChoice of: 

Strawberry & Pistachio Salad – red onion, roasted pistachios, parmigiana, baby greens, sherry vinaigrette

Caesar Salad – parmigiana reggiano, croutons, asiago cheese crisp

New England Clam Chowder

Main CourseChoice of:

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes – creole remoulade, mango tartar sauce, whipped Yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus

Pretzel Crusted Trout – parmesan-herb roasted potatoes, haricot vert, endive, bacon, mustard vinaigrette

Mesquite Grilled Atlantic Salmon – leek fondue, potato sage gratin, mustard vinaigrette

6 oz. Petite Filet (add $5) – mashed Yukon gold potatoes, zucchini, corn, tomato, basil ragout

1/2lb. Cold Water Lobster Tail (add $10) – drawn butter, mashed Yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus

 

Final CourseChoice of: 

Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée – raspberries, crisp sugar crust

Chocolate Lava Cake – raspberries, hazelnut ice cream
