GARTH BROOKS, THE NO. 1-SELLING SOLO ARTIST IN U.S. HISTORY, TO PLAY TWO NIGHTS IN MILWAUKEE NEXT MONTH

BMO Harris Bradley Center continues to book high-caliber, A-list artists

September shows will be first appearance by Brooks in Milwaukee in 19 years

MILWAUKEE (AUG. 19, 2015) – The BMO Harris Bradley Center (BMOHBC) today announced that country icon and America’s No. 1-selling solo artist Garth Brooks will play two shows at the Center on Friday, Sept. 25 and Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015. The two shows have been in the planning for months and will mark the artist’s first visit to Milwaukee in 19 years.

“This is a huge score for Milwaukee, for Wisconsin and for the BMO Harris Bradley Center, and we are pleased to continue to present the hottest acts in the world,” said Steve Costello, president and CEO of the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

The concerts are part of the ongoing Garth Brooks World Tour, which has been breaking attendance records across multiple nights in many cities. The tour is the country legend’s first major tour since announcing in 2001 his hiatus to raise his family.

“We’re delighted to present the long-hoped-for return of Garth Brooks to Milwaukee and to the BMO Harris Bradley Center, where he still holds the record for the most consecutive nights of sold out concerts in our 27-year history,” said Costello. “Securing this type of mega-superstar shows how attractive the Center remains for big-name performers as we continue to present the very best live world class sports and entertainment for our community.

All tickets for both shows will be sold at $74.98, inclusive of tax and fees, for every seat in the house. The ticket pricing and multiple concert dates builds on Brooks’ reputation as being a highly accessible and fan-friendly artist. The BMOHBC expects sell out crowds for both shows.

“With rave reviews and an incredible legacy, the two-night engagement with Garth Brooks is sure to be one of this fall’s hottest tickets, and a must-see show for all music fans,” said Costello.

All tickets are sold as best available at and will go on sale Aug. 28 online at www.ticketmaster.com or www.ticketmaster.com/garthbrooks, or by phone from Ticketmaster Express at 1-866-448-7849 or 1-800-745-3000. There will be no sales at the venue box office or Ticketmaster outlets on Aug. 28.

Brooks last played the BMO Harris Bradley Center April 11-13, 1996.
