October 1, 2015 (Sheboygan, Wisc.) – US sock manufacturer Wigwam Mills is pleased to announce the appointment of current president Jerry Vogel to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Vogel succeeds Robert Chesebro Jr., Wigwam’s CEO for the past 47 years. Chesebro will remain as the Chairman of the family-owned business.

A native of Cleveland, Wisconsin, Vogel joined the company in 1993 and quickly rose up the manufacturing ladder. As president, Vogel’s duties included oversight and management of all facets of manufacturing and administration of the Sheboygan, Wisconsin-based company. In his expanded role, all aspects of sales, marketing, and product development fall within his purview.
