ROCKFORD, Mich. (November 18, 2015) – Wolverine Worldwide has named Seth Cobb as the new president of Chaco. In this senior role, Cobb will lead all aspects of the business and position Chaco for accelerated global growth. Cobb replaces Chip Coe, who was promoted to Managing Director of the Wolverine Worldwide EMEA region in September.

Cobb has over 15 years of proven success in sales and brand leadership with Wolverine, most recently as Vice President Global Consumer Direct at Merrell. In addition to closely managing domestic distribution and growth, Cobb will lead Chaco's global expansion and the brand's transformation from a high-performance water sandal company to a consumer-led lifestyle and outdoor brand. The position reports directly to Jim Gabel, President Performance Group, and will be based in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Cobb graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College and received an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Conservation Alliance Board of Directors.
