Demand in Birtinya surges, Cube Development sells out

The Sunshine Coast’s suburb of Birtinya is experiencing an all-time rise in popularity, as Cube Developments sells out its $27million project ‘One Prosperity’ and looks to new opportunities for increased demand to the area.

With construction now underway and expected to reach completion at the end of the year, One Prosperity will make up a collection of 50 lakeside apartments in the heart of the vibrant, award-winning Oceanside community.

Director of Cube Developments Scott Juniper said the architecturally designed homes set a benchmark for functionality and value in the area and with buyers flooding in off the back of COVID, the residences were quick to move.

“The apartments are individually titled, set across two storeys and provide a high level of privacy. Kitchen and bedrooms are set overlooking the lake and with the project guaranteed never to be built out, the views and vantage is there to stay.”

“For the price of the apartments, you could typically expect to be in a much denser suburb in a larger housing estate. The sheer size of the apartments, along with the style of the development, are certainly unique to the coast.”

With the area becoming increasingly more established, Juniper said that Birtinya’s offering surpasses other entry-level suburbs in the market, with all the natural beauty, lifestyle and leisure facilities as its neighbouring suburbs.

“It’s a very unique spot with access to the hub of health facilities at Oceanside, and being in such close proximity to cafes, gyms and retail precincts.”

“The community is built around the outdoors with the patrolled beach just a bike ride away, plenty of parks nearby and of course Lake Kawana at its doorstep.”

Catering to the surge in interest to the Birtinya pocket, Cube now has its sights set on a new local development, announcing the launch of ‘Seasons by Cube’ - an urban residential project set to make First Home Owners’ coastal dream a reality.

Across three mid-rise towers, Seasons by Cube will house 146 apartments and an elaborate suite of new-age ‘Work from Home’ amenities, designed to foster creativity and innovation on the Sunshine Coast.

“Seasons will cater to a market where remote work and lifestyle are driving forces for where to live. The project is centered around a model where residents work, rejuvenate and enjoy elevated leisure all in one space,” said Juniper.

Seasons by Cube is set to hit to market in the second half of 2021. Apartments are priced from $479,000, with expressions of interest now open.
