St. Lucia - July 2015 - Calabash Cove Resort & Spa, a boutique oceanfront hotel on the North coast of St. Lucia, and its sales and marketing company, AskMeInc, have announced the selection of Watkins PR to handle the hotel’s media relations efforts.

Watkins PR will generate awareness about the resort, the destination and its partners through strategic engagement with print, broadcast and online media. Watkins PR will inform travel trade media of the Calabash Cove promotions developed by AskMeInc and keep consumer media updated on special offers, promotions and amenities of Calabash Cove as well as special events occurring on the island.

“Media relations is an essential marketing tool for any hotel,” states Konrad Wagner, General Manager of Calabash Cove Resort & Spa, “Watkins PR has a solid reputation working with independent Caribbean hotels and will ensure that the appropriate media hear all about our award-winning resort.”

Watkins PR specializes in marketing communications for the hospitality industry. Calabash Cove Resort & Spa is a 26-room boutique hotel overlooking Bonaire Bay on the North coast of Saint Lucia. To quench their thirst, guests have a choice of sipping cocktails at the lobby bar or at the swim-up pool bar, which offers dramatic views of the ocean. The hotel also features a wine cellar with international and American labels. The hotel offers complimentary non-motorized water sports, beach lounges and WiFi.
