GREENVILLE, S.C. (July 17, 2015) —Perception demonstrates its commitment to getting more anglers and recreational paddlers out on the water with a new performance-driven angling kayak.

The new Pescador Pro 10.0 and 12.0 are packed with fishing accessories and customizable features designed for serious anglers. The stable yet speedy Pescador Pro tracks like a much longer boat, while providing anglers with solid initial and secondary stability for navigating through winding waterways or fighting fish.

The sit-on-top Pescador Pro’s deck comes with a stadium-style seat that can be adjusted on the fly; users can sit up for paddling and improved casting or switch to a reclined position for more comfort.

The easily adjustable Keepers Foot Braces ensure ergonomic efficiency for paddling or relaxing. The Pescador Pro’s mesh-covered bow tankwell and a bungee-covered stern tankwell offer plenty of secure storage space. To keep rigging and gear tight and organized, there are two molded-in rod holders, a paddle park, a recessed tackle box area, a cup holder, and a center console and transducer scupper ready for fish finder electronics.

For greater personalization, accessory track recesses on the sidewalls can be outfitted with an optional gear track. The relatively lightweight kayak has Comfort Carry handles on the bow and stern to make getting to the water a breeze. A rear skid plate protects the stern from the occasional onshore bump and drag.

The new Pescador Pro comes in two sizes and four colors: Sunset, Sea Spray, Red Tiger Camo, and Moss Camo. It will be available in fall 2015.
