The age of enthusiasm surrounding the fight against climate change has given rise to a new leader: RKeana (pronounced R-kay-nah). RKeana has written and co-produced an album with her flagship song:

Why Don’t We Heal the World

Album: Unite to Fight

SAVE THE PLANET RECORDS

Written by Sylvia Cameron and Produced by Tim Watt

RKeana is an ancient Light Warrior of the earth, a fighter for truth, justice and humanity. Celestrea (Goddess of healing white light) called to the stars to bring forth her chosen daughter RKeana from the heavens. Empowering her with undefeatable light forces to combat evil and darkness through music and chronicles. RKeanium is the celestial material her sword is made of (chemical element symbol RK) which is indestructible and holds the power of a galaxy of stars.

RKeana’s music will champion a new music genre of Fantasy Dance Music and Electro Fantasy Pop music. With online gaming and fantasy movies more popular than ever, fantasy music is set to cast a wide appeal to the youth around the world,” Creator of RKeana, Sylvia Cameron said today.

According to Cameron, RKeana will be a ‘game changer’. Lyrical poetry and beautiful word pictures depict her battles through her musical chapters in the Chronicles of RKeana, and she will use modern media platforms to promote her messages to today’s youth. Sylvia Cameron, the woman behind the persona of RKeana, is one of Australia’s most talented musicians – a Sydney based singer, songwriter, and producer.

RKeana’s mission is to empower a new generation to be fearless and to fight alongside her in battles of fighting darkness and saving humanity. As a symbol of hope, RKeana will make a difference to global issues by inspiring young people to fight for what is important.

RKeana’s a fighter, a fighter for truth, justice and humanity, and in order to survive we need to be fearless. We need to Unite to Fight for our lives, otherwise we’ll find ourselves on the endangered species list soon enough,” Cameron added.

We need a leader with a warrior-spirit that today’s youth can relate to. RKeana will inspire an entire generation who are desperate to make a difference in the world”. RKeana’s message in the song Why Don’t We Heal The World addresses pressing environmental issues like climate change, animal protection, deforestation and pollution. The recent turmoil in Hong Kong and global climate strikes prove that young people are angry about the lack of action on human rights and global warming.

The recent climate strikes were an incredible show of force in the fight against global warming, but we need to also take responsibility for our actions and change some simple behaviors in order to make a difference to our futures. We need to own this. It costs nothing to make a change, but it will cost our lives if we don’t,” Cameron said.

The planet is threatened by darkness and destruction and we need an army of warriors devoted to fighting for the cause. Forget fighting amongst ourselves anymore, we’ve got bigger things to worry about now. We need to Unite to Fight to Save Our Souls and our planet!

Global warming may seem too difficult to fix, but it’s not, think of it this way – if everybody changes a few small things every day and multiply this by 7.7 billion people, imagine how much change that would equate to?

If today’s youth feel powerless in the fight against climate change or human rights, these issues will never be solved. RKeana give us the courage to stand up for our rights and principals, and look the enemies in the eye, and defeat them once and for all.

We cannot not feel powerless. The time for being self-indulgent and apathetic is over, and the time to act is now.”

Cameron herself is a pioneer of environmental exploration. She is an accomplished mountaineer who has climbed some of the tallest mountains in the world, including Mount Kilimanjaro and the Imja Tse in the Himalayas, as well as ice climbing Patagonian Glaciers and frozen waterfalls in Norway.

I’ve seen the effects of climate change first hand, glaciers retreating, microplastics in the Arctic ice and Alps, and our oceans are full of plastics and chemicals. Eight million tonnes go into the oceans each year, and glaciers in the Garhwal Himalaya in India are retreating so fast that researchers believe that most central and eastern Himalayan glaciers could virtually disappear by 2035,” Cameron warned.

The planet and humanity is facing an existential threat. This is our home, and we need to protect our home right. For sceptics and rich folk out there that think it won’t happen, let me ask you one thing: why do you want to gamble the earth?”
