New York, NY – May 5, 2016 – FieldBuddy, provider of cloud-based software built for managing Field Service Automation Monitoring and Management, announced new and extended offerings with Integration Technologies, Inc., provider of the SaaS industry’s most comprehensive integration platform. FieldBuddy users can now integrate with the best-in-class accounting applications via the InterWeave Smart Solutions Integration Cloud. Companies that require Mobile Field Service Automation will now be able select products from their In-house or Vendor locations, create a Purchaser Order or Invoice in real-time, and have the customer sign off electronically on their iPad or Android Tablet. This information is then sent to their Accounting Systems updated financial data in their QuickBooks which is then brought back to FieldBuddy for updated reports and dashboards.

Using the InterWeave Smart Solutions Integration Cloud, FieldBuddy customers will be able to connect with their financial systems via pre-configured integrations. Average deployment times of 3 to 4 months are now reduced to just 8 to 12 weeks. This dramatically reduces the costs of implementation while still allowing users to customize their integration to their business process and workflow.

InterWeave Smart Solutions provides configurable integration middleware between FieldBuddy and the customers accounting software. InterWeave’s bi-directional sync automatically loads FieldBuddy data into the customers accounting applications and the reverse.

“FieldBuddy offers an out-of-the-box configuration to support your service processes and to work with the data that is important for these processes: contracts, assets and locations, service requests and work orders, parts, activities, expenses and timesheets. With FieldBuddy's point-and-click setup, the configuration can easily be adjusted to meet your business requirements: automate your service processes with workflow rules, edit page layouts, improve your data quality with validation rules, create custom reports, all of this is possible without the help of a programmer. Also, the entire configuration of FieldBuddy Mobile can be maintained and adjusted in the same easy way.” said Hans Nieuwenhuis, CEO of FieldBuddy.

“With the integration capabilities provided by InterWeave with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage (MAS), MS Dynamics, Oracle and more, there are no boundaries for their customers.” said Bruce Magown, CEO of Integration Technologies. “They understand that each business’s requirements and engagements are unique, and with a completely configurable solution; this is not a one-size-fits-all approach to delivering technology solutions. This aligns perfectly with InterWeave Smart Solutions.” said Bruce Magown, CEO of InterWeave Smart Solutions
