Air New Zealand‘s Premium Economy product has been awarded Best Premium Economy Class in the World for the third consecutive year, and the airline has also been awarded Best Airline in the South Pacific and Oceania for the third year running.

The awards are determined by the quantity and quality of TripAdvisor traveller reviews and ratings submitted over the past 12 months.

“Our people work incredibly hard to deliver a seamless journey and it’s terrific our innovative product and warm service has been recognised with wins in all of our three cabin classes.

“Air New Zealand is a customer-first airline, and we’ve recently announced a number of improvements to offer travellers a more personalised and connected trip, including free Wi-Fi on all enabled international aircraft.”

“This prestigious award recognises travellers' favourite airlines worldwide based on review data from our global community and is testament to outstanding service, world-renowned quality and amazing value.

“The Air New Zealand team should be proud of their award, as travellers around the globe have said this airline is among their preferred carriers when choosing to fly.”
